Mrs Pamfa Dhamala
Mrs. Pamfa Dhamala has led Langtang Ri Trekking since 2003, contributing significantly to Nepal's tourism industry and women's empowerment. Recognized with multiple awards, including the 2010 Gantabya Nepal Award and the 2018 CMO Asia Women’s Leadership Award, she has driven international marketing, expanded tourism products, and increased visitor numbers. A two-time Nepal Tourism Board member and CNI Tourism Coordinator, Pamfa holds an MBA from Tribhuvan University and studied Economic Policy Development at ETH Zurich in 2021. She champions environmental conservation, healthcare in remote villages, and women’s leadership in business and trekking, all while raising her family with dedication.
Mr Lomash Dhamala
Mr. Lomash, a native of Kathmandu, completed his Bachelor’s degree at Swinburne University of Technology, Australia. He joined Langtang Ri Trekking in 2016 and has since played a key role in the agency’s growth and operations. With excellent English communication skills, he effectively bridges client relations and international partnerships, ensuring seamless customer service and professional engagement. Highly skilled in marketing, Mr. Lomash has contributed significantly to the promotion of Langtang Ri’s services, helping to enhance the brand’s visibility and attract a diverse client base. His expertise in office management has streamlined internal processes, fostering a productive and organized work environment.
Sabita Shrestha

RENUKA SIMKHADA
Ms Renuka Simkhada was born in Dhading. She has completed her Bachelor degree from Navodit College and joined Langtang Ri agency in 2017. She has excellent accounting skills and is very good knowledge in office management .
MR. SHISHEER AMGAIN
Born in the famous Gorkha region north west of Kathmandu. Shisheer Amgain has been working in Langtang Ri since 2004. He has a sound knowledge of English. He knows every trail, valley, village and mountain in the regions of Everest, Annapurna, Langtang and others. He also enjoys the “off the beaten trails” and remote region trek to Upper Mustang and around Manaslu.
Mansoon Dhamala (Ramesh)
Meet Mr. Mansoon Dhamala, our esteemed trekking guide at Langtang Ri Trekking since 2012. Mansoon is a role model for many aspiring guides in Nepal, known for his exceptional service and leadership. With experience on over 10 peaks, including Manaslu, Langtang, Everest, Annapurna Base Camp, and Gorepani, Mansoon's expertise is unparalleled. Mansoon holds an ‘A’ Grade trekking guide license and excels in team collaboration. His dedication and responsibility have greatly contributed to our organizational efficiency. Mansoon is well-trained in first aid, climate, mountains, local culture, and hospitality, ensuring a safe and enriching experience for all trekkers. His enthusiasm for exploring the Himalayas and engaging with diverse clients has earned him high praise. Amiable, outgoing, and humorous, Mansoon enjoys making his guests laugh and feel at ease. SARASWATI GHIMERE
Saraswati has been working as a tour guide for past 3 years. Born in Ratnanagar Municipality, Saraswati has a Masters degree in English Literature. Other than travelling she keeps interest in Photography and Social Work.
MR PRATAP GURUNG
Pratap Gurung was born in Jyamrung, Dhading. He has a real friendly personality and can handle things swiftly in any circumstances. He has experienced Everest, Langtang, Annapurna, Dolpo, Manaslu, Makalu several times. Looking at the language proficiency Pratap can fluently speak in English and German, also is an excellent Photographer. He also assists guests in photography tours.
Bharosha Bhujel
Ms. Bharosha was born in Sindhuli at 2000 A.D. She completed her +2 in Management from Premier College in Kathmandu and is now studying Bachelor in Tourism at NCTTM (Nepal College of Travel and Tourism Management) Gairidhara, Kathmandu.
